Velvet Box does not accept any returns, exchanges, or cancellations of any orders under any circumstances.  

If a rare occurrence where damage occurred during shipping, please email us at velvetboxtoronto@gmail.com with the following details for a courier claim:

1. Order number

2. Full name and shipping address

3. Clear photos of the damaged item(s), the inner and outer packaging - including the shipping label

4. A brief description of the issue

Once we receive your email, our team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps.
