Cle differentiation. They are less commonly encountered than are their malignant counterparts, rhabdomyosarcomas. Rhabdomyomas fall into 2 general categories: cardiac and extracardiac types. Extracardiac rhabdomyomas are among the rarest tumors in humans and can be subclassified as fetal, juvenile, and adult types depending on the individual tumor's degree of differentiation by light microscopy. Adult extracardiac rhabdomyoma has a strong predilection for occurrence in the head and neck, mainly in the area of larynx and pharynx. In this article, 2 cases of parapharyngeal rhabdomyoma are reported together with a review of the world literature. Lipomas are benign mesenchymal tumors that are often found in the head and neck. Intrinsic lipomas of the larynx and supraglottic area are rare, as fewer than cardinal cases have been reported in the literature; almost all of these occurred in isolation. We report a case of a laryngeal lipoma that was associated with diffuse systemic lipomatosis. The tumor was successfully removed via an endoscopic laser resection. To the best of our knowledge, this is only the second case of laryngeal lipoma associated with lipomatosis to be reported in the english-language literature. We also review the literature on head and neck lipomas. Inflammatory myofibroblast tumor of the lung is a rare disease, and is difficult todistinguish from lung cancer. We report a case of inflammatory myofibroblast tumor which was found and resected postsurgery for lung cancer. The patient underwent right middle and lower lobectomy due to squamous cell carcinoma in right s6 of the lung. A nodular density of 15 mm in diameter was found in the right apex on computed tomography (ct) 1 year and 11 months after surgery. The right apical mass was resected by partial resection of the residual lobe and inflammatory myofibroblast tumor was d. cheap viagra online viagra without a doctor prescription viagra for sale cheap viagra cheap viagra buy generic viagra online cheap cheap viagra online generic viagra online buy cheap viagra cheap viagra online viagra use instructions
